Low Berry Cottage (sleeps 8)

Low Berry Cottage is located within an exclusive cluster of barn conversions at Bank House Farm, Guyzance.

Lowberry is an end cottage of a row of three and has been skillfully designed and tastefully decorated to retain its original character.

There is a large living room with electric log effect stove, Freeview/TV/DVD. There is a spacious, handcrafted farmhouse style kitchen with breakfast area and tiled floor.  Facilities include washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room/WC.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a 5ft bed, a twin-bedded room and as bunk bedded room. The bathroom has an over-bath shower, WC, half paneled walls, and tiled floor.

With full gas central heating, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Initial fuel for the open fire is also included but thereafter can be purchased locally.  A cot and high chair are available if required. Outside there is a small enclosed lawned garden area with patio, garden furniture and barbecue.  There is a designated parking area and a secure cycle store.  Well behaved pets are welcome.  For the comfort of all guests the cottage is non-smoking.
