Little Berry Cottage (sleeps 6)

Little Berry Cottage is located within an exclusive cluster of barn conversions at Bank House Farm, Guyzance.

Littleberry is an end cottage in a row of three and has been skillfully designed and tastefully decorated to retain its original character.

The large living room has an electric `log-effect' stove, Freeview/TV/DVD, tiled floor. There is a large, handcrafted, farmhouse-style kitchen breakfast area and tiled floor. Facilities include washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate WC on the ground floor.  There is a ground floor bedroom with twin beds.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a 5ft bed and a further twin bedded room. The bathroom has WC, over-bath shower, half paneled walls and tiled floor.

With full gas central heating, all fuel, bed linen and towels are included.  A cot and high chair are available if required. Outside there is a small enclosed lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture and barbecue.  There is a designated parking area and a secure cycle store.  Well behaved pets are welcome.  For the comfort of all guests the cottage is non-smoking.
