Kizzies Cottage (sleeps 2)

Kizzies Cottage is located within an exclusive cluster of barn conversions at Bank House Farm, Guyzance.

The detached single storey cottage has been skillfully designed and tastefully decorated to retain its original character.

There is a large, beamed living room has an electric `log-effect' stove, Freeview/TV/DVD, tiled floor, feature picture window with woodland and courtyard views. The handcrafted, farmhouse-style kitchen/dining-area includes washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher.

There is a beamed double bedroom with a 5ft bed and picture window with views over woodland and courtyard. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC.

With full gas central heating, all fuel, bed linen and towels are included.  A cot and high chair are available if required. Outside there is a small enclosed lawned garden area with patio, garden furniture and barbecue.  There is a designated parking area and a secure cycle store.  Well behaved pets are welcome.  For the comfort of all guests the cottage is non-smoking.
