Ivy Cottage (sleeps 2)

Ivy Cottage is located within an exclusive cluster of barn conversions at Bank House, Guyzance.

Ivy cottage is one of twelve cottages set in 35 acres of private woodland in the beautiful Northumbrian countryside just outside Alnwick.

This is a single storey cottage. Off the entrance hall is a shower room with double shower, WC and basin. The open plan kitchen/dining/sittingroom is large and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob and electric oven,washer dryer and dishwasher. The sitting area has a flat screen t.v with free view, dvd, cd player and a electric log effect stove.

The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with bath, toilet and basin.

Outside is a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.

Ivy cottage has full gas central heating and all fuel, bed linen and towels are included. A cot, high chair and "z" bed are available if required

There is ample parking available close to the cottages in a woodland setting. Well behaved pets are welcome. For the comfort of all guests the cottage is non-smoking.
